BDG Win Hack: Paid or Installed? What to Do Next
If you paid a seller or installed a file, find your situation in the table below and do that row’s first step now. No one can promise money back, but speed helps, and the calls go in the order that stops further loss first.
Start with what you did
Pick the row that fits. If several do, start with the one that involves money.
| What happened | Do this first | Then |
|---|---|---|
| You paid a seller by UPI, card or bank transfer | Call your bank straight away to block a card or UPI ID after a fraud | Call 1930, then file a report at cybercrime.gov.in |
| You paid someone who offered to fix a stuck deposit or withdrawal | Stop. A second payment does not free the first. Ring your bank | BDG Win help shows how to read a payment status and what to send support |
| You told someone an OTP, a PIN or your card details | Ring your bank before anything else and name exactly what you gave | Change any password that used the same number or code |
| You installed a file | Until that phone is cleaned, do not open banking or UPI apps on it | Remove the file and its permissions with the APK guide and the permissions guide |
| You let someone see or control your screen | End the session and uninstall the app they asked for | Ring your bank, because anything you typed meanwhile was visible |
| You gave away your BDG Win password | Change it from another device if the platform lets you | Read the account-locked guide and look for sign-ins you did not make |
| You joined a chat but tapped nothing | Mute it, leave it and block the sender | Nothing is lost. Do not reply |
Who to ring, in order
Each call protects the next, so keep to this order.
| Order | Who | Why now | Give them |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Your bank | Only the bank can block a card or UPI ID | The facts from your note, below |
| 2 | 1930: the national cyber-fraud helpline | Money can move on quickly, so an early report helps | The same facts, and the seller’s number or handle |
| 3 | cybercrime.gov.in, the national cybercrime reporting portal | A written complaint you can refer back to | Screenshots and any reference numbers |
| 4 | BDG Win support, only if the seller had your login | The account may be open to someone else | A short message through the support icon on the platform’s page |
Dial the bank number printed on your card or shown in your bank’s app. A number from a chat or an ad may belong to the seller. Screenshot the seller’s chat before you block anyone, because blocking can hide what you need to show.
Write this down before you dial
Keep one note, on another device if you can, so you can read the facts out without hunting for them.
- The payment: amount, date, time, and the app or card you used.
- Its reference: the UTR or transaction ID in the payment’s details.
- The receiver: the UPI ID, account number or phone number on the payment screen.
- The seller: their phone number or handle, the group name, and the link they sent, copied but not opened.
- What you gave or installed: the file’s name and its source, or the OTP, PIN, password or screen access you handed over.
- Screenshots: the chat with the sender’s name in view, the payment screen, and the permissions list of any file.
- A three-line account in your own words, written today: what you were offered, what you did, what followed.
If the seller had your BDG Win login
Change the password from another device if you can. The login screen we saw says to contact customer service about a forgotten password. The support icon on the home page is the only route to it that we saw, so use that, from inside the platform’s own page. We cannot see inside the platform, so we do not know how it resets a password or what support can do. The forgot password guide goes through the options. Do not deposit anything to “unlock” an account, whoever asks.
After the first day
- A rescue offer may arrive. A message from a “recovery agent”, an “officer” or the seller’s “refund desk” that wants a fee first is the same trick wearing a new badge. Do not pay it.
- Check your trail each day for a week. Look at bank and UPI history, email sign-in alerts and the platform account.
- Keep your note and screenshots until the complaint is closed.
- Do not try another fix. An app or channel that promises to undo the first loss is one more offer of the same kind. The hack guide shows how these offers work.
No one can promise your money back, and we cannot recover it or act for you with anyone. Your part is quick reporting, tidy records and no further payments.

Common questions
Which number do I ring first after paying a hack seller?
Your bank, because only it can block a card or UPI ID before more money leaves. Next comes 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and then a written report at cybercrime.gov.in. Dial the bank number printed on your card or shown in your bank’s app, not one from a chat.
Can BDG Win support return money I paid to a hack seller?
The payment went to the seller, not to the platform, so your bank and 1930 are the people to call. If the seller also had your BDG Win login, tell support from inside the platform’s page. We cannot see inside the platform, so we cannot say what its support can do.
Someone offers to get my money back for a fee. Should I pay?
No. A stranger who wants money before doing any work is running the seller’s game again with a new face. Fake recovery agents, pretend officers and a seller’s so-called refund desk all use this script. Report the approach to 1930 instead.
I read out an OTP to a stranger. What now?
Call your bank at once and say which code you gave and when. Then check your bank and UPI history for payments you did not make. A code is meant for one purpose only, so tell the bank what that purpose was.
Should I delete the seller’s chat before I report it?
Not yet. The chat is evidence, so capture it first: screenshot the messages with the sender’s name or number in view, and copy any link without opening it. Once that is saved, block the sender and leave the group.
Is there anyone to talk to if I cannot stop thinking about the money?
Tele-MANAS 14416: free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour. It also helps to tell one person you trust what happened. A convincing offer can fool anyone, and being fooled says nothing about how clever you are.
