Lottery Odds Calculator: Draws and Fast Rounds
Choose a ticket draw or a fast digit round. The tool counts every possible result for the exact chances, finds the payout that would cost nothing, and shows how many rounds pass before a first win is more likely than not.
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), BDG Win’s home page has a Lottery label, and its Activity page has a banner titled “30S/1 MINUTE LOTTERY GAME”. We could not open either, so we do not know what is drawn, how a result is made or what a bet pays. The Activity page guide lists all ten banners. The tool covers both kinds of lottery you might meet: a ticket draw, where you pick numbers from a pool, and a fast round, where each result is a short run of digits and rounds come one after another.
It opens on a made-up fast round: a three-digit result (000 to 999, so 1,000 results), a bet on all three digits in order, and a payout of 950×. That is 5% under the 1,000× that would cost nothing. It plays ₹20 a round for 120 rounds, which is an hour if a round lasts 30 seconds.
A fast round, counted
One result in 1,000 wins, so a round wins 0.1% of the time. A win returns ₹19,000 on a ₹20 stake. On average the game takes 5.00% of what is staked, but not evenly: most hours hold no win at all.
| Rounds | Time at 30 seconds | Staked | Average cost | Sessions that end ahead |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 60 | 30 minutes | ₹1,200 | ₹60 | 5.83% |
| 120 | 1 hour | ₹2,400 | ₹120 | 11.31% |
| 240 | 2 hours | ₹4,800 | ₹240 | 21.35% |
| 693 | 5.8 hours | ₹13,860 | ₹693 | 50.01% |
An hour holds a win in 11.31% of tries, so about 89% of hours lose all ₹2,400. A first win becomes likelier than not only at round 693, and by then the other 49.99% of sessions have lost all ₹13,860.
When one win stops being enough
A win returns 950 stakes. Up to round 949, one win leaves you ahead, so the chance of finishing ahead rises with every round and reaches 61.31%. At round 950 one win returns exactly the stakes. That is a tie, and you need two wins, so the chance drops to 24.58%. It climbs again and drops again at round 1,900, from 56.61% to 29.63%. A chance that only rose or only fell would be easier to read, but sessions are counted in whole wins.
You can see it in the practice box. Type three digits, such as 123, into the Your digits box and press Play 1,000. That is ₹20,000 staked, and one win returns ₹19,000, so a run with a single win still ends ₹1,000 behind. At these figures 63.23% of 1,000-round runs hold at least one win, yet only 26.42% finish ahead.
Near misses are ordinary
Against one fixed three-digit ticket, all three digits match 0.1% of the time (1 in 1,000), exactly two 2.7% (1 in 37), exactly one 24.3% and none 72.9%. So 27.1% of rounds show at least one right digit. A near miss is only the arithmetic of ten digits in each place.
A ticket draw, counted
Pick 4 numbers from 20, and the draw takes 4: that is 4,845 possible draws. The prizes below are made up so that a ₹100 ticket pays back roughly half of what it costs. Type your own lottery’s prizes.
| Numbers matched | One in | Example prize |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | 4,845 | ₹1,20,000 |
| 3 | 76 | ₹760 |
| 2 | 6.7 | ₹67 |
| 1 | 2.2 | ₹11 |
| 0 | 2.7 | none |
On those prizes 49.8% of the price comes back, so each ticket costs about ₹50 on average and 100 tickets cost ₹5,015. The chance that those 100 tickets hold a jackpot is 1 in 49.
Why a formula cannot help
Lottery “formula” and “prediction” calculators promise to find the next result. All a formula can do is pick the result you back, and each result has the same chance of being drawn. In the three-digit round, a formula’s pick and a random pick each have a 1 in 1,000 chance. Past results only show what chance did before. The prediction simulator tests that on simulated rounds, and the predictor apps guide covers offers that claim otherwise.
Using your own numbers
Read four things off the bet screen: the digits in a result, your bet, what it pays with your stake counted in, and any fee. Choose Digits in the Kind of game box, type them in, and read two tiles first: the break-even payout and the rounds before a first win. For a ticket draw, choose Pick numbers from a pool and type the pool, the numbers per ticket, the price and the prizes.
What this cannot tell you
We have no figures for prizes, payouts or fees at BDG Win, and the tool assumes every digit and ball is equally likely. Real jackpots can be split between winners or taxed; the tool allows for neither. The K3 dice tool counts three-dice bets the same way, and the loss calculator prices an hour of other bets. The lottery guide covers what the label can mean, and the other free tools cover links, files and limits.
Common questions
What are the odds in a 30-second lottery game?
That depends on what is drawn and what is paid, and we could not read what sits behind the banner of that name on BDG Win’s Activity page. For a made-up three-digit round where one result in 1,000 wins, a round wins 0.1% of the time. An hour of 30-second rounds has 120 chances, and 11.31% of such hours hold a win.
How many rounds pass before a first win is more likely than not?
It depends only on the chance of a win. If one round in 10 wins, it is 7 rounds. If one in 100 wins, it is 69, and if one in 1,000 wins, it is 693. At 30 seconds a round, 693 rounds is 5.8 hours without a break.
Why does the chance of finishing ahead fall sharply at round 950?
When a win pays 950×, one win covers 949 rounds of stakes. At round 950 one win only returns what you staked, which is a tie and not ahead, so you need two wins. The chance falls from 61.31% to 24.58% in that one step.
Can a lottery formula calculator raise my chance of matching?
No. A formula can only choose which result you play, and in a draw where every result has the same chance, each choice is as likely as any other. In a pick of 4 numbers from 20 every set is 1 in 4,845, whether a formula or a dice roll chose it.
How many tickets give a better than even chance of a 4-from-20 jackpot?
3,358 tickets, which is ₹3,35,800 at ₹100 each. One ticket has a 1 in 4,845 chance, and the chance of at least one jackpot passes one half only at the 3,358th ticket.
Does the tool know BDG Win’s lottery prizes or payouts?
No. At the time of writing (8 October 2026) we could read only the Lottery label on BDG Win’s home page and a banner title on its Activity page. Every prize and payout in the tool is one you type, and the opening ones are made up.
